Appointment Policy: Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions
To honor the time and commitment of all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
If an appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled on the same day, the full session fee will apply.
This is because short-notice changes make it difficult to offer that time slot to another client, and we aim to use all appointments efficiently and respectfully.
For example, If your session is scheduled for Wednesday at 11:00 a.m., please notify us of any changes by Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. to avoid the charge.
